My research
In my research I look at opportunities, possibilities, consequences and effects of IT, primarily in the area of e-government and e-governance. Accordingly, related areas are open data and open innovation. Currently I focus on the EU driven policy of openness (open government), that concern both public authorities and other organisations, and how this policy is and can be managed in different organisations. I’m also interested in issues related to availability and accessibility of cultural heritage materials.
