About me

I work as an HR Specialist with a focus on managerial support at the Department of Civil, Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering, providing guidance in areas such as rehabilitation, personnel matters, and work environment management.

I also serve as the coordinator for gender mainstreaming, where I develop and strengthen our work on gender equality and equal opportunities across the organization—an area I consider a central part of our joint quality efforts.
