My research

The research includes health-promoting activities and healthy aging, as well as older people's experiences of participation in relation to internet-based activities. In addition, how social internet-based activities can reduce experiences of loneliness and promote activity and participation. In the dissertation work, an occupational therapy intervention program has been created, with the aim of promoting meaningful social activities.

More about me

I have experiences from project management and development work in the municipality, including Health Promotion, Welfare Technology and collaboration within health - and social care. I have a strong ambition to evaluate activities, implement new approaches and create quality in the work based on current research.
