Research profile
My research focuses on the interaction between humans and technology in working life, shaped by digitalisation and autonomous systems. I study how the development, diffusion, and implementation of technology relate to issues of work, organisation, and work environment, and how these processes shape and renegotiate the human role at work. In addition, I am interested in work- and organisation-related issues within sustainable recycling, digital product passports, the green transition in the construction industry, and social resilience and sustainability in the metal and minerals industry.
