About me

Hossein is a postdoctoral researcher in the Product Innovation research group, focusing on sustainable manufacturing, digital transformation, the circular economy, and innovation. His PhD research explored how digital transformation can support sustainability in manufacturing by fostering collaboration between technology providers and manufacturing companies, contributing to the twin transition of digitalization and sustainability. His current work focuses on strengthening collaboration between industry, academia, and other stakeholders to support sustainable and circular manufacturing, enhance the innovation capabilities of SMEs, and connect companies with new technological and market opportunities. He also has experience in sustainability and resilience across manufacturing supply chains, innovation management, feasibility studies, early-stage product development, and building networks that connect industrial needs with innovative solutions.
