About me
Curiosity and understanding in all things are two of my leading terms. I am also driven by a feeling to help others get better at what they are doing and ultimately improving conditions and developing new solutions.
Head of the Swedish laser group (part of the Swedish welding commission)
Part of the Latitude66 leader and mentorship network
Receiver of the A. F. Davis Silver Medal 2019 (från American Welding Society) and 2021 awarded to be on the prestiuous IVA 100 list and 2023 received price for research in hydrogen storage unit developments (LTU Jubileum fund)
I have both a practical and theoretical side, since I like physical efforts, experimentations and making a sweat, but also understanding of things at a theoretical level. I have in my studies majored in both computer science, astrophysics and laser materials processing in theory and practice.
Advanced laser materials processing:
* Laser Arc Hybrid Welding (LAHW)
* Laser beam welding
* Laser cutting
* Laser cladding
* Additive Manufacturing a.k.a. metal 3d-printing (PBF-LB/M and DED)
Since I am an outdoor enthusiast and like to think that I care about myself and people around me, I am striving for improving sustainability at work, home and for the environment.
