About me
I have been working in the Health Guidance Program at LTU since 2018 and have been the program director for several years. As a program director, I have had the opportunity to work with program issues, pedagogy, and contact with the professional world. I mostly teach physical activity, nutrition, and projects, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
My research project SICTA 3.0, Sustainable Innovations for Children Traveling Actively 3.0, aims to increase knowledge about how social norms interact with health behavior, specifically focusing on children's healthy and independent mobility. In 2024, I started my doctoral position at Luleå University of Technology, focusing on increasing knowledge about how social norms interact with health behavior, specifically focusing on children's healthy and independent mobility. My doctoral position is part of the PRECISE research school, where we delve into precision health together.
Only a minority of children in Sweden meet the goals in WHO's recommendation for daily physical activity, and there is a global trend of declining levels, making it urgent to find precise and sustainable solutions to reverse this trend.
