My research concerns both practical and normative conditions for care and support at work when employees go through difficult life events.

Current research project

Eu-CoWork – Developing compassionate workplaces. 2024–2028. A Horizon Europe project that develops and studies compassionate workplace programs (CWP) in Europe to support employees’ well-being, particularly in relation to difficult life events. The project is a collaboration between Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Greece, and the United Kingdom.
