Teaching
I am a lecturer in psychology and the program director for the bachelor’s program in psychology External link, opens in new window., a role that I find both very enjoyable and inspiring. As the program director, I am responsible for the quality of the program and act as a link between the students and the university. In addition to my role as program director, I teach various courses throughout the program, such as social psychology, work and motivational psychology, and qualitative methods. This allows me to follow each cohort from start to finish, something I truly appreciate!
I am currently responsible for the following courses:

Research
When it comes to research, my main interest lies in legal psychology. In this field, I study various psychological aspects relevant to the legal system, such as witness memory performance, the factors that affect their memories, and how best to handle witnesses to facilitate their memory ability. I am also involved in a project that focuses on investigative interviewing, where important skills for establishing communication and rapport are examined. Additionally, I conduct research focusing on attitudes towards increased digitalization and technical systems in various environments such as mines and control rooms.
