About me

I´m a team ledader for the Support team within Infrastructure and Technical support at IT. Support is responsible for providing user support within the University's IT environment throughout all its campuses. User support includes, but is not limited to, answering questions, processing IT related orders and maintaining the daily functions of the IT environment.

Im also the process leader in the Incident process.
