About me
I believe that growth happens when you are in an active and stimulating environment. The university offers the perfect setting for this, where you can constantly learn, collaborate with others, and participate in a variety of activities.
In my leisure time, I enjoy taking walks, playing sports, and watching comic movies. I am also passionate about traveling with my family and exploring different parts of the world.
With over 10 years of experience in teaching and research, I joined Luleå University of Technology (LTU) as a postdoctoral researcher in 2023. During my PhD, one of my key achievements was developing simplified nonlinear analysis methods to estimate the seismic demand and capacity of reinforced concrete and steel moment-resisting frames.
I served as an Assistant Professor at Urmia University, Iran, for five years, during which I supervised five MSc dissertations and published over 10 peer-reviewed journal papers. In 2018, I was honored with the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology Scholarship as a young talent and received the First-Ranked PhD Student Award. Additionally, I bring over seven years of practical experience as a construction quality supervisor and structural engineer.
