Meet Mohamed!, a passionate and experienced industrial engineer with over 6 years of expertise in quality assurance and project management. Mohamed is a Ph.D. student and his research is centered around the importance of collaboration in innovation for circular production.
During his term at LTU, Mohamed will work on the ToolTrace project, which aims to promote sustainability in the metalworking industry. Specifically, the project aims to develop a decision support system that drives adoption and usage behaviors for efficient recycling of used tools while reducing the industry's carbon footprint and minimizing the use of virgin materials. Mohamed's work is multidisciplinary and encompasses innovation management, business analysis, and sustainability, and his contribution to the ToolTrace project is critical to achieving its sustainability goals.
