Process leader for lifelong learning at Luleå University of Technology

I work to create opportunities for lifelong learning and professional development. As a process leader for lifelong learning, I contribute to developing and expanding the university’s offerings – from tailored contract education and standalone courses to open online courses (MOOCs, Massive Open Online Courses).

I am involved in several strategic initiatives and impactful projects. For example, I have contributed to the government’s initiative on open courses for climate transition through the Open for Climate project and am developing flexible education solutions to meet industrial needs through Reedeam. I am also engaged in Campus Totalförsvar (Campus Total Defence), a national initiative to address increasing competence needs in the field of national defence, and the Short Courses project, which strengthens professionals’ ability to navigate changes in the workforce.

My goal is to create flexible and needs-adapted educational solutions that empower individuals, companies, and organizations. I have also been part of the development of the university's 25 MOOCs on the FutureLearn platform, enabling professionals worldwide to access high-quality education digitally.
