About me
About me
After having lived most of my life in Switzerland I moved to Göteborg to study physics at Göteborgs University. 2001 I was accepted as a PhD student at Chalmers University of Technology. After my PhD studies I moved to Luleå.
At Luleå university of technology I work as a professor in experimental mechanics.
My research involves the development of new optical tools to study biological cells or tissue under hypoxic conditions and the development of a optical sensors for cancer detection. My special interest lies in optical spectroscopy, optical manipulation and microfluidics, check
