IT administrator at the IT department

I work as an IT administrator in IT operations and support. The tasks are mainly in both support and IT operation. IT Operations and support is responsible for providing user support within the university's IT environment on all campuses and ensuring IT operations. The user support includes answering questions, receiving orders of various kinds and working to restore functions in the daily IT environment.

I also work close to the system management and I am a IT-specialist for the management object Webben. This include systems such as Polopoly, Cumulus, Heritrix and more.
