Vahid Fadaei Naeini

Vahid Fadaei Naeini received his Master degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in applied design from Sharif University of Technology. He further advanced his academic career by completing a PhD in Computational Nanomechanics at the University of Tehran in 2019. Subsequent to his doctoral studies, he engaged in a postdoctoral research program at Luleå University of Technology (LTU), funded by the Kempe Foundation (Kempestiftelserna) in 2020. Currently, he holds a position as a Senior Researcher at LTU, division of Machine Elements. His research domain lies within Computational Materials Science, with a concentrated focus on atomic-scale investigations of green lubricants. Additionally, he is involved in the formulation and development of green antiwear additive compounds, aiming to optimize the tribocorrosive performance of lubricants.
