I am mainly working experimentally and theoretically with applications to hydropower. 

Primary research interests:

  • Near-wall unsteady flows: transient, pulsating
  • Hydraulic turbine draft tube flows
  • Pressure fluctuations  

Measurement methods:

  • Particle image velocimetry
  • Laser Doppler velocimetry
  • Constant temperature velocimetry
