Climate Change, Principles and Processes

The course provides a basic introduction climate change and processes that govern Earth's climate

The aim of the course is to provide basic knowledge about climate change, Earth's climate system, and, processes that govern Earth's climate and how they affect each other. The course covers how the climate has varied historically, methods used to study historical climate, how models are used to predict future climate and what can be done to mitigate climate change. The course also contains examples of how climate change affects ecosystems in different environments.
