About me
At Luleå University of Technology, I am a PhD student focusing on transitioning to fossil-free passenger transport in rural areas. Changing is challenging as there are already major accessibility challenges in rural areas. Many are dependent on the car to access basic services. In short, transport has a major social role. My goal is to contribute to understanding how to switch to fossil-free passenger transport while protecting social sustainability.
Previously, I studied at Mittuniversitet and Umeå University, mostly community planning, cultural geography and tourism. Worked briefly with public transport in Västernorrland before I moved up. Originally from Ånge municipality, Gullgård (Västernorrland).
