Admission to the course requires that the student has completed at least 135 credits of the compulsory courses in years 1 - 3 for the Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics, specialisation in economics. The following courses should be included and completed entirely with at least the grade Pass: Introductory Microeconomics (N0008N) 7,5 credits, Introductory Macroeconomics (N0011N) 7,5 credits, Applied Macroeconomics (N0012N) 7,5 credits, Applied Microeconomics (N0030N) 7,5 credits, Scientific Method (G0006N) 7,5 credits, Science and Ethics: An Introduction for Social Scientist Students (G0009N) 7,5 credits, and at least five of the courses Microeconomics, I (N0004N) 7,5 credits, Applied Mathematical Economics (N0005N) 7,5 credits, Intermediate Macroeconomics B (N0006N) 7,5 credits, Introduction Industrial Organization (N0027N) 7,5 credits, Intermediate Econometrics (N0028N) 7,5 credits and Intermediate natural resource economics (N0035N) 7,5 credits, or equivalent.
