International cooperation

The university's task of internationalization is expressed both in the Higher Education Act - that the university shall "promote understanding of other countries and international conditions" - and in the annual letters of appropriation from the government. Furthermore, each university shall contribute to global development based on its conditions, including both the human condition and, for example, global natural resource and environmental issues.
