In the course you will deepen your understanding of work organisational change, why companies do organisational changes, how they do and what effects that have on work environment. You will get a base for how to lead an organisational change project.
You will listen to lectures, participate in workshops, and lead lectures and seminars yourself – on critical perspectives on organisational fashion, organisational trends and models, change resistance, effects on the work environment, and change methods.
