Organisational Design and Development

You will listen to lectures, participate in workshops, and lead lectures and seminars yourself – on critical perspectives on organisational fashion, organisational trends and models, change resistance, effects on the work environment, and change methods. The aim to give both a realistic understanding of the possibilities of planned organisational changes and practical methods on how organisational changes can be part of sustainable and attractive workplaces and organisations for the future.
