The course contains design of steel and wood structures according to current standards.
The aim of the course is to describe and explain the function and mode of action of steel and wood structures under load and to apply and select relevant parts of current regulations for design and execution of steel and wood structures. To plan and perform calculation tasks individually and laboratory tasks in groups and present written results and analyzes in in a structured way so that a technically qualified person can follow the work and reach the same conclusions.
