The aim of the course is to learn the basics of the Swedish language in everyday situations. The course includes exercises of pronunciation and grammar, vocabulary enhancement and written assignments.

Entry requirements:In order to meet the general entry requirements for first cycle studies you must have successfully completed upper secondary education and have documented skills in English language. Exemption of the requirement in Swedish is granted for those with foreign grades and S0046P Swedish for International Students 1 or the equivalent
Good knowledge in English, equivalent to English 5/level 1
Selection:The selection is based on 1-165 credits.
