Basic hydrogen safety
Interest in hydrogen and its potential for a green transition is growing rapidly in the world. In this course, we learn about the specific risks associated with hydrogen and how to best manage these risks.

This course is for anyone who wants to learn more about hydrogen safety.
Prerequisites:
No specific prerequisites are required.
Scope:
The course is a 40-hour self-study course, with a final oral exam (at a distance) if you want to get credits.

Structure
Self-study (36 hours): The course is conducted through self-study of texts, films, interactive exercises, quizzes and online discussions. The course tool is Canvas.
Online discussions (4 hours): The course includes three online discussions. These interactive sessions provide the opportunity to ask questions, discuss ideas, share experiences and get further guidance on hydrogen safety.
To pass the course
Passing the course and receiving a certificate requires passing quizzes and active participation in the online discussions. If you want credits for the course, a final oral exam is also required, via Zoom.
