IoT-Enabled Condition Monitoring and Maintenance Technologies

Realised through lectures, laboratory work, and project assignments, the course develops your competence and skills in IoT systems and their use for monitoring engineering assets and supporting maintenance decisions. You will learn to program in Python, perform measurements using sensors, microcontrollers, and DSP platforms, and apply signal processing techniques to analyse collected data. In the final part of the course, you will plan and implement a condition monitoring project using connected measurement systems within a cloud-based application environment.
