For you who are an employee
Contact the following people if you feel that you have been subjected to discrimination, harassment or victimization:
- Employees who belong to a department primarily turn to the head of department.
- Employees in operational support (VSS) should primarily contact their immediate supervisor or the head of VSS.
- Employees can also turn to HR, union representatives or safety representatives for advice and support.
After this, the head of department or manager at VSS appoints a suitable investigator who makes initial contact with the employee concerned.
The starting point is that the investigation of perceived discrimination, harassment or victimization should only involve those most closely involved.
