Managing crisis

A crisis or disaster is when our regular organization, resources and working methods are not enough to stop or mitigate the effects of an event.

The ability to deal with crises is very much about preparing to deal with the unexpected. Each event is unique and so is the management. To be able to handle crisis situations, we have Guidelines for handling crisis and disaster as well as a structured organization that can quickly handle the situation. The guidelines provide support and should be used as a checklist in the event of a crisis or accident and in the event of death.
