We’re excited to welcome you to ECOFRAM 2026 at Luleå University of Technology — the northernmost university of technology in Scandinavia!

Accomodation

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for ECOFRAM 2026 participants at Elite Stadshotellet and Comfort Hotel Arctic.

• Elite Stadshotellet
  Rooms can be booked at a special conference rate until 15 May 2026 using the following link: Book your room at Elite Stadshotellet . After this date or once the reserved rooms are fully booked, regular hotel rates will apply.

  Rooms can be booked directly through the Comfort Hotel Arctic website using the booking code ECOFRAM2026.

Venue

The conference sessions will be held at Campus Luleå, A-huset (A House), on 16 and 17 June.View the venue on Google Maps

The campus is easily accessible from the city centre by bus no. 4 and 5. You can get off at Universitetsentrén, which is located directly in front of A-huset.

Social Events

The Welcome Reception and the Midnight Sun Lecture will take place at Vetenskapens Hus on 15 June. View the location on Google Maps.

Tour of Gammelstad Church Town

There will be a tour of Gammelstad Church Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site on 15 June, between 16:15 and 17:45. The tour will depart from Kulturens Hus in central Luleå, and will return to the same place once the tour is finished. Kulturens Hus is located approximately 5 minutes' walk from Vetenskapens Hus.
The cost of the tour will be 250 SEK excl VAT (approximately 23 EUROs), you can register and pay for the tour via this registration form.

It is possible to register for the tour until 14:00 on the day of the tour (15 June).

Luleå is easily accessible by air, train, bus, or car.
