Parking at Space Campus in Kiruna
On the university campus in Kiruna, there is visitor parking outside the main entrance at the roundabout.
Both staff and students in Kiruna have the opportunity during the winter season, 15/10-15/4, to either buy a season pass or pay for short-term parking to park in a parking lot with engine heaters.
Season ticket
Staff and students who wish to buy a season pass for engine heaters in Kiruna should submit an application by email to Hanne.Karin.Dokken@ltu.se. The payment of the season pass can be made from October 15 at the earliest and it is done via the Parkster app and by entering zone code 1243.
The season pass for engine heaters in Kiruna costs SEK 1,200 including VAT.
Short-term parking
With zone code 1244, in the Parkster app, you can pay for short-term parking in a parking lot with an engine heater. The rate is 5 SEK /h, maximum 20 SEK per day.
