Articles and e-books on your mobile device
ClinicalKey, Micromedex, EBSCO and BrowZine have apps that you can download. With these apps, you can access articles and e-books directly on your mobile phone or tablet. Below you find instructions for each service.
ClinicalKey
ClinicalKey is a clinical knowledge resource with articles and e-books. To download and use the app:
- Go to ClinicalKey on a computer connected to the regional network.
- Create an account and log in.
- Select your name and then Remote access.
- Enter your Region Norrbotten email address.
- Open the confirmation email and use the link to activate access.
- Download the app from App Store or Google Play and log in with your ClinicalKey account.

Access the link to log in to the database and create an account.
Micromedex
Micromedex is an evidence-based resource with drug information. To download the app:
- Go to Micromedex through the Medical E-Library.
- Select Mobile Application Access.
- Choose Micromedex Native Mobile Apps from the list.
- Follow the instructions for the app you want to use.

Log in to the database and create an account.
EBSCO
EBSCO provides articles and e-books across several subject areas. To download the app:
- Download the app from App Store or Google Play.
- Choose Region Norrbotten as your organisation.
- Log in with your Region Norrbotten credentials.
BrowZine
With BrowZine, you can build personal bookshelves for medical journals. To download the app:
- Download the app from App Store or Google Play.
- Choose Region Norrbotten as your organisation if asked.
- Log in with your Region Norrbotten credentials.
- Create a personal account in BrowZine to keep the same bookshelf on your phone, tablet and computer.
