Error messages when logging in
Attribute missing
The service you tried to access did not receive the attributes it needs to identify you or to personalize the service.
This may be because your organization does not have this information about you or because your organization's login service is not configured to send the attributes to the service you tried to access.
Please contact your organization and indicate which service you were trying to access, what attributes were missing if you know what they are (the service may have told you this) and, if possible, a screenshot of any error messages the service gave you including the URL at the top of the browser and the equivalent from this page.
Login failed
An error occurred in the service you were trying to access during login.
This may be because additional steps are required when logging in, such as using two-factor login. Please try again.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact your organization and indicate which service you were trying to access, any error messages you received and, if possible, a screenshot of the error messages including the URL at the top of the browser and the equivalent from this page.

Association to the organization (also called affiliation)
Your affiliation describes your relationship with your organization. Common affiliations include student and employee. For example, if you are a student and the position you were trying to access did not have a student affiliation, you will need to contact your organization to resolve this.
A specific authorization (also called entitlement)
Entitlements are specific authorizations to specific services. If you are missing entitlements that you think you should have (i.e. that you should be able to use the service you were trying to access), you will need to contact your organization to correct this.
If you believe you should have access to the service, contact your organization and indicate which service you were trying to access, which entitlements you believe you should have, any error messages you received and, if possible, a screenshot of the error messages including the URL at the top of the browser and the equivalent from this page.
