Employees at Luleå University of Technology who, together with external partners, want to set up a center, as well as employees working in already established centers at Luleå University of Technology who may need guidance in their activities or in the event of decommissioning, will find guidance in these guidelines.

Hence, the purpose of the guidelines are to clarify what a center at Luleå University of Technology is, as well as provide concrete support and guidance in the establishment of new centers, the operation of them and finally the decommissioning of centers.
