Pedagogical guidelines

In recruitment and assessment, equal attention should be paid to the assessment of pedagogical and scientific skills (ASO).

The purpose of these pedagogical guidelines is to support the process of assessing teaching skills for employment, promotion and placement in the university's pedagogical merit system. The pedagogical guidelines contain a definition of teaching skills, a description of the level of competence based on teaching skills, and criteria for assessing teaching skills.
