Luleå University of Technology has made a decision on regulations regarding the public defence. The regulations have been made on the basis of the Higher Education Ordinance (1993:100) Chapter 6. 35 §. The provision is set out in section 7.1 of the guideline for doctoral education. Adopted on 29 November 2021. Effective December 1, 2021.

The regulations have been adopted pursuant to Chapter 6, Section 32 of the Higher Education Ordinance (1993:100). Decision adopted on 7 April 2026. Enter into force on 6 May, 2026.
