Donations

The Donations Ordinance (1998:140) contains provisions on the receipt and management of donations. Property received from another government agency, a foundation established with funds from the wage earners' funds or an intergovernmental organization is not subject to the Donations Ordinance, but these guidelines also apply to such property.
