A Holistic Digital Mine 4.0 Ecosystem

Mine.io is a project financed by Horizon Europe, which aims to digitize the mining industry. The project spans the value chain, from extraction to waste management. The automatic control groups works with optimization of interconnected primary and secondary processes. Current focus is on developing optimization algorithms to control mineral separation processes. From Luleå university of technology, the research groups on Cyberphysical systems and Mining and Rock Engineering are also taking part.
