Arrowhead Tools
The Arrowhead Tools project main focus was to produce a software architecture and implementation platform that could substantially reduce engineering costs and time for industrial digitalisation and automation solution.
It resulted in the further refinement and extension of Eclipse Arrowhead which led to significant time savings, processes that took a month barely takes a week. The project succeeded in creating a very efficient engineering procedure based on a microservice paradigm, thus resulting in massive cost reduction for automation engineering by 30 to 95 percent. This was validated and verified in 25+ industrial use cases in industrial sectors like e.g. semiconductors, automative, mining, building construction, logistics, smart cities and maintenance.
