Processing lab

The processing laboratory is focused on novel wood material processing methods. In this lab, we research wood welding and unique continuous wood densification processes using a prototype belt press. In addition, there is a laboratory hot press with many data logging possibilities, an autoclave for impregnation treatments, equipment for accelerated weathering tests, and several climate chambers.
