Recovery-oriented approaches in psychiatric inpatient care
Staff in inpatient psychiatric care have the opportunity to promote recovery processes in their daily work, but this is often hampered by the organization and culture of the care.
The overall aim is to develop and evaluate an intervention where staff are supported to develop and maintain a recovery-oriented approach through structured reflection. The intervention Recovery-oriented reflection groups is based on an understanding of nursing as a reflective practice and aims to promote a person-centered, collaborative and reflective approach.
